We install ice and water shield in the valleys and along eaves, followed by synthetic underlayment across the entire deck. Starter strips, field shingles, hip and ridge caps, and proper flashing at every wall junction and penetration go on in sequence. At the end of each work day, we do a magnet sweep of your yard and driveway to pick up stray nails. When the job is done, we walk the finished roof with you, answer any questions, and register your manufacturer warranty on the spot.
